CVS Caremark Community Grant Program
Programs for children with disabilities supported in company communities

CVS Caremark is committed to giving back to company communities throughout the U.S. where CVS Caremark stores are located in order to address the company’s vision of improving the quality of human life. The CVS Caremark Community Grant Program awards funds to nonprofit organizations that support children with disabilities, including programs focusing on health and rehabilitation services, initiatives that provide greater access to physical movement and play, and public schools promoting a greater level of inclusion in student activities and extracurricular programs.

In addition, grants are provided to programs that create greater access to healthcare services for uninsured and underinsured community residents. Grants of up to $5,000 are available. Applications may be submitted from January 1 to October 31 of each year. Online application information and funding guidelines are available on the company’s website.
